Dumbbell Pullovers is an intermediate level upper body exercise. Start sitting on the edge of a flat bench holding one dumbbell. Slowly lower your body down so that you’re lying on your back while simultaneously bringing the dumbbell so that it is upright on your chest. Holding the dumbbell securely with both hands extend your arms up so that the dumbbell is over your chest in the start position. Once in the start position slowly lower your arms down so that your elbows come down towards your ears. Once you have reached a comfortable bottom position, slowly raise your arms back up to the start position as you breathe out. Make sure to have a slight flex at the elbows throughout the range of motion.
