Dumbbell Sit Ups

Dumbbell Sit Ups is an advanced level core exercise. Start on your back in a sit-up position with your heels on the floor, knees slightly bent and holding the dumbbell above you with your arms extended. Sit up as you keep your arms extended, pushing the dumbbell up above your head. Once you reach the top of the range of motion lower back to down to the start position when your upper back touches the ground. Avoid dropping your head down to the ground. You can move your feet closer or further away to make the exercise harder or easier, respectively.
