Start in a standing position with both hands at your side. Squat down and place both hands on the floor then kick your legs out so that your body is in the plank position (similar to the up position of a push up). Once in the plank position drop down to a push up then return back to the plank.
After completing the pushup, hop your legs back up to your hands. Once your feet are positioned by your hands, jump up in the air raising your hands above your head.
As your return from your jump, lower back down to the squat position and bring your hands back down to the ground. Return back to the plank position followed by another pushup. As you return back down from the jump, allow your body to make a smooth transition from the top of the jump to the landing to absorb the impact of the jump.
