FRONT SNAP KICK
The front snap kick is a basic martial arts movement. Starting with your feet side by side and both hands up at head height (simulating guarding your face), bring one knee up to hip height then extend your foot out in a fast kicking motion. Once your foot is extended, bring it back in and then lower it to the ground. Once the foot touches the ground repeat the kick with the same foot.
