DUMBBELL INCLINE ROW
The Dumbbell Incline Row is an intermediate level upper body exercise. Position your bench so it is in the 45 degree position. Lay on the bench with your chest at the top of the pad and feet on the floor with a dumbbell in each hand. With your arms extended below you, slowly raise the dumbbells up to your side as you breath out. Once you reach the side of the bench lower the dumbbells back to the start position. Be sure to keep your back straight and your chest on the pad at all times.
