DUMBBELL RENEGADE ROWS
Start in a pushup position with a dumbbell in each hand. Perform a push up. As you return to the start position, lift one dumbbell to the side of your body and simultaneously rotate your torso so that your chest is facing out to the side.
Return to the start position and perform another pushup. As you return back to the start position perform the row on the opposite side.
For more stability you can keep your feet wide or perform the exercise on your knees to make the exercise easier.
