Lateral Hops is beginner level cardio exercise. Use a line in the ground, a jump rope or something similar or use an imaginary line to hop over. With your feet together and both hands up at head height, hope over the line. As soon as your feet touch the ground on the other side immediately hop back over and repeat at fast pace. It is not necessary to hop higher than 2-4 inches above the ground.
