Group Fitness is a fun and affordable way to get in shape while sharing the experience with friends and family. All of our Group Fitness options are designed to create a positive support structure so that participants motivate and inspire one another as a team—Together Each Achieves More!

At the Shuichi Take Fitness Company we offer a variety of Group Fitness options including:

  • Private group classes (including yoga, bootcamp and kettlebell/extreme fitness)
  • Sports team strength and conditioning programs
  • Triathlon/Multi-Sport training groups
  • Youth Fitness

Group classes and team programs can be conducted at your home/condo gym or a local park, whichever is most convenient for you.
