Side Step with Crossovers
Side Step with Crossovers is an intermediate level cardio exercise. Make sure you have at least 10 feet of unobstructed space to move side to side. Starting at one end of your designed exercise area, move laterally to the opposite end moving your feet in a running motion. Keep your arms moving throughout the exercise and make sure you don’t crossover your feet. Before you reach the opposite side of your exercise space, crossover your outside leg behind your lead leg as you simultaniously reach down and touch your toe. Once you touch your toe, come back up and quickly move back towards the starting side.
