Side to Side Bench Hops

Side to Side Bench Hops is a beginner level cardiovascular exercise that requires a bench or other elevated object such as a chair. Start by placing both hands on the bench with feet together. Hop both feet up side to side, 12 to 18 inches apart, at a fast pace . Make sure to breath throughout the exercise.
