Tuck Crunches is an intermediate core exercise. Start by lying on your back with your feet on the ground and knees up with your hands behind your head and elbows in. Bring your knees up towards your elbows and elbows towards your knees. Once you reach the top of a comfortable range of motion slowly lower back down to the start position just before your heels and head touch the ground.
